We recommend preparing your content outline, questions for interviews, and any scripts beforehand. If you're recording with guests, coordinate their availability. Don't worry about the technical side - our team will handle all equipment setup and sound checks.

How long does editing take?

Editing turnaround time depends on the package: Starter includes basic editing (3-5 days), Professional includes advanced editing (2-3 days), and Premium includes priority editing (24-48 hours). Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.

Can I bring guests to my recording session?

Absolutely! Our studio can accommodate up to 6 people comfortably with proper microphone setup. Just let us know the number of guests when booking so we can prepare the appropriate equipment and seating arrangement.

Yes! We offer professional 4K video recording with multi-camera setups, professional lighting, and cinema-grade equipment. Video recording is available with our Professional and Premium packages, or as an add-on to other sessions.

What file formats will I receive?

You'll receive industry-standard formats: MP3 for easy distribution, WAV for highest quality, and video files in MP4 (H.264/H.265). Raw files are available upon request, especially with our Premium package.

Is there parking available?

Yes! We have dedicated parking spaces for clients. The studio is also easily accessible by public transportation, and we're just 10 minutes from Nice Côte d'Azur Airport for international guests.

Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?

Yes, you can reschedule or cancel up to 48 hours before your session at no charge. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee. We understand things happen, so contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.
